Another place that you should visit is Solvang ("Sunny fields" in danish). It's a cozy and beautiful town. It has several gift shops with wonderful things! (I have to say that I LOVE gift shops!).
You can't leave before trying the "aebleskiver", the traditional danish dessert, is soooooooo good!! (if you have a sweet tooth like me...you don't want to miss it!).
But... what exactly is this dessert? It is a pancake with the shape of a sphere, but light and fluffy. The best part is, they have a jam filling!! yummy! yummy!! The one we tried had raspberry jam (I think I just gain a couple of pounds just to think about it! loool).
