Rules, rules, rules! Rules are all around us to educate us to avoid doing things that we don't do at our home. You can't elude them otherwise you'll be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
It's so nice to see that here, most of the people respect the law (maybe because they don't want to deal with the consequences of breaking it) :P
